Although I was really happy with the progress on the "RDM Factory" facade (see earlier entries), I will not use it on my Valkenveld layout. I have modeled it following the prototype dimensions which are, once put in place on the layout, simply way, way, way to massive for more my small shelf layout of only 30cm deep.
Today at the model railroad expo in Houten I found an old, already built model of an engine shed (Kibri No. 9930). The facades seem perfect for Valkenveld. The model will be dismantled soon and completely refurbished.
